Do You Want To Return Something From Your Order?

That is of cause not a problem! With us at Miss Morgan you have 14 days to return your order. The 14 days start from the day that you receive your order, this also applies if someone otherwise accepted the parcel on your behalf or if your package is at a local collection point.

  • Fill in the enclosed return slip with which item(s) you are going to be returning and the reason for the return.

  • Pack the return as well as possible to deter any damage from happening to your return in transit.

  • Enclose the completed return slip, any parcels that arrive without the returns slip enclosed will be refused.

  • Send your return package to the following address.

IMPORTANT! Most carrier companies are extremely busy with parcels, be sure to send your shipment on time so that it is received by us within the return period of 14 days.

Return Conditions

It is important that your return shipment is in the original condition with all of the labels and tags attached.

We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The item(s) have been worn.

  • The item(s) smell of smoke, food or perfume.

  • The item(s) have make up and/or fake tan marks.

  • Shoe boxes should not be written on.

  • Your return is received by us too late. A return shipment is too late if it is received by us after the 14 day period.

  • Earrings and hair accessories are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.

What Are The Return Costs?
The return costs are for your own account and we do not reimburse the customer. You are responsible at all times for a return shipment and we advise that you always keep your tracking number for your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived in good order at our warehouse. If the tracking code indicates that we have received your return shipment, please note that returns are only processed on Wednesdays so therefore you may need to wait to receive your confirmation email. After you have received a confirmation email from us, our administration team will process your return and it can take up to 5 working days for the money to show in your account.
