  • Whether an item will be back into stock or not varies per item. You can contact us using the contact form to gain more information regarding a specific item.

  • With us you have 14 days to return your order. Visit our returns section below to read how you can return your order easily.

  • We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day and will be delivered within the next 48 hours! Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note that the delivery times are an indication and we cannot control the delivery time to guarantee.

  • Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns. If you are local you can visit our showroom during our click and collect hours and hand deliver your return to us.

  • After placing your order it is NO longer possible to change your order as your order will be processed immediately by our warehouse.

  • As soon as you have received a confirmation e-mail from us regarding the receipt of your return shipment, your money will show in your account within 5 working days.

  • No, unfortunately at Miss Morgan we do not accept refunds on sale items.

  • No, after you have placed your order no changes can be made.

  • The standard shipping costs for the UK £3.50 for small-medium parcels and £4.50 for medium-large parcels sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour. If you place and order of more than £150, we will ship your order for FREE!

  • We ship all orders via a Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service. You will receive an email as soon as our warehouse transfers your order to the carrier.

  • Our customer service strives to always answer your message within 2 working days. Please note that our customer service is closed on weekends and no messages will be answered.

  • After placing an order with Miss Morgan it is no longer possible to cancel it as our warehouse processes your order immediately. You will be required to return the parcel back to ourselves.

  • Always check your junk folder in your emails first as your confirmation may have ended up there. If this is not the case and you want to receive the confirmation again, please send an email to customerservice@missmorgan.co.uk

  • It is of cause not the intention that you receive a wrong or faulty item, but unfortunately it can happen once, our apologies! If this happens to yourself please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that they can help you with the best solution.
